Team Profiles

I enjoy the huge satisfaction (and overcoming the challenges!) that delivering great care provides. Our clients are the most important consideration, and meeting their differing needs and requirements is my passion. I consider it a privilege to support people and to facilitate their choices, however small, enabling them to live the life that they want to live.

When it comes to the care we provide, I am dedicated to meeting the individual needs of all those who we support and strive to deliver the quality of care I know I would be happy for my own family to receive, should they ever need it.

The heart of compassionate care lies in the simple act of lending a helping hand, for it is through our gestures of kindness that we heal both others and ourselves.

Norma qualified as a Registered Social Worker in 2013 and spent several years working in a variety of social services teams before moving to work specifically in Homecare and Supported Living care. As her career progressed, Norma began leading and managing a Domiciliary Care Service working in the community supporting Children and Adults with complex care needs.

Martha began her career as an accident and emergency department care nurse, before spending a number of years supporting complex care packages in need in the community. During this time, Martha supported numerous service users with complex care needs. Martha decided she wanted to try and make a bigger impact when supporting families and providing them with the care they require in the comfort of their own home. Since then, Martha has worked her way through different roles, from emergency department nurse to becoming a complex nurse specialist, and this has led Martha to her most recent role as Clinical Nurse Manager.

Rudo has a wealth of experience in Health and social care sector. She has a background of working in intensive care nursing and community complex care nursing.
